Northern Ireland's bank the National Asset Management Agency (Nama) has published details of more properties it has repossessed across the country.
The announcement, which comes after Nama gained control of over £3.5 billion worth of building loans, includes a new list of 57 establishments that have been reclaimed.
These include 11 in Belfast, seven in County Antrim, 11 in County Down, three in Derry, 15 in Fermanagh and ten in Tyrone, reports BBC News.
Among the most prominent properties are the Linen Green Centre near Dungannon and the Killymeal House office block in Belfast's Gasworks, which were both owned by local development firm Jermon.
The repossessed Dungannon-based group collapsed earlier this year, which left its banks with a £100 million shortfall.
Nama's announcement was made after mortgage lenders highlighted a small increase in the number of homes being reclaimed during the third quarter of 2012.
Figures highlighted that 9,200 properties were taking into possession by the companies during the three-month period, which is only marginally higher than the 9,100 of the second quarter.
